Helenus' Prophesy

I heard in Buthrotum that Helenus, son of Priam now rules over part of Pyrrhus Kingdom and is married to Andromache. My heart burned to see my dear friend and so we sailed and were warmly welcomed.

 I asked Helenus about our voyage and of the threat of Celaeno. He told me many things.

•             We have a long way to go until we can build out city safe on solid ground.

•             A white sow will be the sign for where to place our city.

•             There is no need to fear Celaenos prophesy

•             Steer clear of the eastern coast of Italia 

•             After perform sacrifices in a specific manner sail around Sicily, avoiding Scylla and  Charybdis.

•             Above all make constant prayer and sacrifice to Juno.

•             Land at Cumae and consult Sibyl. 

We have just left for Italy. It was hard to leave the warmth of Helenus and Andromache. There city a little Troy. But on I must go, as the gods command and my people require. If I ever reach the Tiber and see my people secure behind there promised walls. Then of neighbouring kin and kindred cities, someday we will make our cities one.
